This portfolio started as my rushed entry for Dev.to’s New Year, New You Portfolio Challenge—an initiative encouraging developers to rebuild their portfolios using Google’s Antigravity. I discovered the challenge just days before the deadline, so I moved fast, designing and developing a completely new version using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI for a modern, responsive frontend experience.

Although I didn’t submit it in time, the project became something far more valuable than a competition entry. It turned into a deep dive into AI-assisted development workflows. Using Antigravity as my primary IDE, I experimented with structured prompting, refining how I communicate with large language models to generate cleaner architecture, reusable components, and more accurate implementations. It reshaped how I approach problem-solving—less trial-and-error, more intentional prompt engineering.

On the backend, I integrated Strapi CMS as a headless content management system. This allowed me to separate content from presentation, structure dynamic data efficiently, and build a CMS-ready architecture that supports faster iteration and easier content updates. Exploring headless CMS patterns strengthened my understanding of scalable content systems and production-ready website workflows.

What began as a last-minute challenge evolved into a milestone project—one that reflects not just improved design and code quality, but also my growth in AI-assisted development, system architecture thinking, and modern content management strategies.
